Online
Ordering online using a credit card is the easiest and fastest to pay and get to your font software. We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club. You can also pay using your Paypal account. 

Wire transfers
For organizations that can't purchase a font using a credit card, we also accept wire transfers. Please contact us to arrange the payment and remember that you will only receive the material once the transfer is complete, and that you will have to pay for all the transfer taxes.

From Optimo's home page either click on the "Typefaces" link or select a typeface from the list.

     

Then click the "Purchase Options" link placed in the menu of the selected typeface or located on the upper right corner of each showcased font.

From this panel you can either choose to buy a Webfont License through WebINK or a Desktop License by adding one or more single styles, sub-families and packages (if available) or families to your cart.

Optimo partnered with extensis WebINK that supports @font-face on the most recent browsers. Visit WebINK to learn more about their service.

The "Purchase Options" panel allows you to view the prices and add—or remove—fonts to your Cart. The standard 5 CPU's license price is set by default, to adjust the price to the number of computers select the correct range of CPU's you need.
 

The price per style will decrease accordingly for each new style added to your cart within the same family. If the total cost of the selected font-styles reaches or exceeds the price of the font-family (or a package), the system will automatically switch the selection to the family.

At any moment you can also individually remove the selected items by hiting the "Remove" link or the little green icon in the menu.

You then have the choice to continue shopping by selecting an other typeface from the menu or to hit the "Procced to Checkout" or the "View Cart" link to access the "Shop" and finalize your transaction.

As displayed in the menu, this is the first step to buy our desktop fonts. From the next step on, you will be able to use this menu to go back and forth to review or correct your informations.

To be able to go to the 2nd step you will have to choose the correct number of licenses needed to display the exact amount of your purchases.

 

Please note that the order will be processed in Swiss Francs only, but you have the opportunity to convert the amount in your own currency—for information purpose only—by hiting the "Convert to your Currency" link. [VAT will be added automatically for Swiss customers in the 3rd step].

 

 

The "Continue to Step 2" link is now activ, please review carefully the selected items and hit this link to proceed to step 2.

 

In this step you we ask you to carefully read our EULA (End User License Agreement). You also have the possibility to download and print the EULA.
 

   

To proceed with the payment process you will have to agree with the terms of our EULA by activating the checkbox located at the bottom of the page. Hit the green zone to continue to step 3.
 

 

In this step you will be asked to fill up all the Licensing Information fields, most of them are obligatory.

Please type in your licensing information very carefully as it will used to:
- send you the font software
- make you eligible for a discount (in case you deceide to complete or add more styles, buy a family or upgrade your license).
 

     

If the Licensing Information is different from the Billing Information, use the checkbox to display the Billing Information fields.

 

Then continue to Step 4.

 

This is the last step before the final checkout, review your billing and licensing Informations.
 

Fill in your previous order number to get a possible discount. Be sure to use the same informations as you did in your previous order: first name, last name, company's name, email address and order number.

Note: If your previous order had a Company's name, you will be able to change the first name, the last name and the email address.

You can use a previous order number to:

- Add licenses to a previous order

How: Order the same font style(s), package or family again and adjust the number of CPU's to the new number, then fill in your previous order number and you will just have to pay the difference between your previous and your new purchase.

- Add more styles, upgrade to a package or a familiy (within the same typeface)  

How: Choose the new styles, select a package or the complete family from the purchse option panel. Follow the purchase procedure, then in the step 4, fill in your previous order number and you will just have to pay the difference between your previous and your new purchase.

       

Depending on the selected payment method, you will either be prompted to a secure (128-bit Encrypted) external payment server (www.datatrans.ch) or directed to the appropriate Paypal page.

If you didn't received any email within the next minutes, please verify your spam folder before contacting us.      

You will receive an email containing a link to download the purchased Font Software, the End User Licence Agreement and your invoice.

Note: For security reasons the download link will only be valid for three days (72 hours). If you didn't manage to download the files within this time frame send us an email at info[at]optimo.ch.

After a successful authorization, you will receive per email a link that will lead you to our “Download Area” page, then hit the “Download Licensed font(s)” link.

Note: If you are on Mac, the download will automatically begin and the files will be stored in the user's download folder. If you are on PC, the system will ask you where you want to save the file

Our purchasing system allows you to easily add new styles to a previous purchase without paying twice for the fonts. Whether you want to upgrade to a package, a complete family, or just want to add a single style, you will benefit from the best price as the amount of your initial order will be automatically deducted of the new purchase.


Step 1
Order the a new font style(s), a package or a family corresponding to your previous order (within the same font family), proceed to checkout and adjust the number of CPU's (you can add license in the same time too). Then, continue the purchasing process until Step 4.

Step 2
Fill in your previous order number in the corresponding field, then click ’ok.’ If your informations matches our database you will see the amount of your previous order deducted to your current order. Be sure to use the exact same informations found on your previous invoice.

Step 3
Review your settings, select the payment method and finalize your purchase.  

Whether you want to upgrade to a package, a complete family, or just want to add a single style, you will benefit from the best price as the amount of your initial order will be automatically deducted of the new purchase (within the same font family).

Optimo don’t offer discounts to individuals or organizations. We developed an equitable payment system with lower prices for families, packages and for each added style.

All purchase are final and the product cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. Despite the fact that our return policy is firm, if you have any problem with your purchase, we are happy to try to find a solution for you, please contact us with a description of the problem.
